The mosque is located on a high foundation, on the west side of the Bibi Pari Tomb of Lalbagh Fort. It is rectified. There is a lovely big-sized dome on the mosque. Four octagonal monuments in the four corners. There are 1 small dome in the top of the minarets. There are 3 entrances on the eastern wall of the mosque and 1 in the north and south walls. On the west wall there are 3 mihrabs. It is a 3-domed mosque. During the time of the Subedar of Bengal, the son of King Aurangzeb, Shahjada Muhammad Azam (1678 AD) was believed to have built it.
